Can I get a refund if I want to cancel a treatment, meditation session or workshop?

All workshops/meditation are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, treatments can be re-scheduled due to illness or unforeseen circumstances if sufficient notice is given.

Can I still have a crystal therapy, reiki or Indian head massage treatment if I have limited mobility and not able to get onto a couch?

Yes, I am able to do an adapted seated crystal therapy, reiki and Indian head massage treatment.

Where do the treatments take place?

Your treatment takes place in a sand rock cave. It is heated, candle lit, you will be on a couch, with plenty of blankets and cushions for your comfort and support.

How many treatments will I need?

When we have completed your consultation and your first treatment, I will suggest a course of treatments for your needs. Of course, you can book to suit your requirements.

When I have finished my treatment, when do I book my next treatment?

I always suggest booking your next treatment as you leave to ensure you do not forget and you are able to get the appointment that suits you best.  You can book directly with me or on my online booking system.

When attending a crystal workshop what do I need to bring?

If it is an all-day workshop, all refreshments and lunch are provided unless otherwise stated. I suggest a pen and journal (optional), blanket for meditation, however I usually have spares blankets and pens. Half day workshops always include refreshments. If it is an outdoor workshop (Spring/Summer only), I will have already advised you that you will need layers, sunscreen, hat, and blanket.

When attending an Art Workshop what do I need to bring?

Suitable clothing to paint, possibly an over-shirt to protect your clothing. All art materials will be included, plus refreshments and a vegetarian lunch.

What is included in a Crystal Workshop?

A crystal or crystals are usually provided unless otherwise stated, information pack unless otherwise stated, meditations and visualisations unless otherwise stated. Opportunity to purchase crystals on the day unless otherwise stated. All information individual to each workshop is provided on website.

How many people will be on the Workshop?

Numbers are usually small varying from 3-8 up to about 8-10 if outdoors. Smaller groups allow me to provide a quality service to everyone attending. Giving time for discussion and individual attention.

I am new to meditation will I fit into the group?

The groups are small allowing me to focus on individual needs. We will have spoken in advance of attending so I will be aware of your ability and will discuss with you how to approach your first session as part of a group. If you feel a 1-1 would be better initially, I am able to provide this service, please ask.

How often should I attend the Meditation group?

If you can weekly is good, however I do offer online recordings if you are not able to attend in person weekly (I currently offer Mon am in person at the moment). Most clients enjoy the variety of online sessions as well as the Tues evening group session which is currently every 3 weeks. I am always open to providing further sessions if demand allows.

Do we meditate on the floor, lying down?

All meditation is seated with cushions for support.Except Online Restorative Yoga Nidra Meditation which is a lying down practice done from the comfort of your own home.
