Awakening - "The Art of Spring". Celebrate new beginnings through colour and creativity. Awakening the Art of Spring is the first of three Art Days celebrating the seasons, designed to welcome the fresh energy of Spring. This special day embraces a light, hopeful atmosphere of renewal, inspired by blossoms, new growth, birdsong, gentle rain and soft seasonal palettes. Surrounded by trees and listening to the peaceful sound of the waterfall in the beautiful village of Kinver, you will be inspired to create your artwork in a calm and nurturing setting. Throughout the day you will explore a variety of spring-inspired creative activities, including: - Botantical colour exploration - Painting flowers, leaves and buds - Intuitive growth-themed painting - Nature journaling and sketching - Mixed media techniques Working with pastels, fresh greens, soft pinks and sky blues, you will be gently guided through the creative process to create your own artwork - a unique piece to take home and treasure. This relaxing and inspiring artistic workshop is designed to help you explore your creativity, build confidence and enjoy the simply joy of making art. All art materials are included, along with refreshments, a delicious vegetarian lunch and afternoon tea. Beginners are warmly welcome - no experience necessary.
