Available on the second Wed of the month. Block booking of 6 sessions includes live Zoom session with recording for £55. If you are unable to attend live session you will still receive recording.

Cancellation Policy

All Meditation Group sessions to be booked in advance. There are no refunds or transfer to another session for non-attendance.
